The Hague CSA Canon Single Shoe Adaptor is designed for Canon cameras with a small, Canon specific, accessory shoe. Several Canon cameras do not have a standard size accessory shoe so you are unable to attach other manufacturers microphones, lights, or other accessories to the camera.
The Canon Single Shoe Adaptor converts the shoe on the camera to a standard sized one. It is raised by 20mm to clear the shoe cap making it easy to attach microphones, lights and other accessories to the camera.
