The Manfrotto MVMXPROC5 video monopod is a 5 section carbon fibre system with Fluidtech base which forms part of their XPRO monopod range. It is a lightweight system made from carbon fibre and will support payloads up to 5kg.
The Manfrotto MVMXPROC5 is the lightest of the carbon fibre monopods in the new range to feature the full fluid base (MVMXPROBASE) with the latest FLUIDTECH technology. The FLUIDTECH video base enables the ultimate shooting smoothness on pan, tilt and swivel for an expanded range of perspectives. The three retractable feet make it extremely portable when folded and allow the monopod to be easily carried everywhere.
This system has been designed to be lightweight but it still supports payloads of up to 5kg and has a retracted height of 60.5cm and can be extended up to 188cm.
Its 100% carbon fibre tubes ensure the monopod’s high rigidity while better absorbing micro movements to ensure excellent image quality. Combined with the Quick Power Lock (QPL), which strongly locks the lever thanks to an easy ergonomic mechanism, this eliminates unwanted jerky movements.
The monopod has the newly designed handgrip to ensure a comfortable holding position and on top of the system is a dual 1/4" - 3/8" screw which allows you to mount the camera directly to the monopod or via a ball head, tilt head or video head.
